Gambling Rules

At the beginnining of each round, all the gamblers decide on the bet. Each gambler contributes that amount of money into the pot.

Then, each gambler rolls a skill check with either Bluff, Insight, or Thievery. (These roughly correspond to “bluffing”, “playing straight”, and “cheating”.)

The highest check wins the pot.

New Feats

Damn Quick Hands

Prerequisite: Quick Draw feat, proficiency with crossbows

You gain the following power:

Damn Quick Hands

Your damn quick hands allow you to shoot down a foe before he strikes.
Encounter * Martial, Weapon
Immediate Interrupt ____ Ranged Weapon
Requirement: You must have a crossbow wielded or ready to draw which is already loaded.
Trigger: An enemy within your ranged weapon range makes a ranged attack
Target: The creature making a ranged attack
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage
Increase damage to 2[W] + Dexterity modifier at 21st level.
Special: The attack is treated as a critical hit on a roll of 16-20.
Special: If you were not wielding a crossbow before this attack, your hands must have been completely empty.
